2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 700bet. The platform operates a strict 21+ policy without exception. 700bet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the age requirement cannot be verified. Any winnings generated on an account where the player is subsequently found to be under 21 will be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each individual player may hold only one account on 700bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a false identity, or any associated household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 700bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

When registering, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and payment information. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 700bet is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account details you have provided.

2.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions

700bet is intended for use by players in Bangladesh. You must not access or use the platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 700bet is lawful in your location.

3.1 Password Security

You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your password has been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 700bet support immediately at [email protected]. 700bet will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

3.2 Account Access by Third Parties

You must not allow any other person to use your 700bet account to place bets, access funds, or engage in any platform activity. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to sell, transfer, or assign your account to another person is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Notification of Errors

If you become aware of any error, technical fault, or discrepancy in your account balance, transaction history, or bet settlement, you must report it to 700bet support without delay. You must not attempt to exploit any error for financial gain. Any funds credited to your account as a result of a technical error remain the property of 700bet and will be recovered upon discovery.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction and daily limits may apply depending on the payment method used and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. 700bet may adjust these limits at its discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by 700bet as promptly as possible, typically within minutes to a few hours of approval for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Processing times for card-based methods may be longer. 700bet is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient payment provider.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 700bet account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

700bet may require identity verification ("KYC") before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID card, passport, or other documents confirming your identity, age, and payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4.5 Dormant Account Funds

If your account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months, 700bet may designate your account as dormant. An administrative fee may be applied to dormant account balances in accordance with applicable platform policy, subject to advance notification where required by applicable rules.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free bet awards are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion terms at the time of the offer. Players are responsible for reviewing these requirements before accepting any bonus.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

700bet monitors all bonus activity to detect and prevent abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to guarantee outcomes ("bonus hedging"), using automated software or bots to complete wagering requirements, or any other method intended to circumvent the spirit of a promotional offer. Where bonus abuse is identified, 700bet reserves the right to void bonus funds and winnings derived from abusive play and to close the associated account.

5.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

700bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus has already been credited to your account before a change is made, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply to that specific bonus balance.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on 700bet are subject to acceptance by the platform. 700bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed on suspended markets, or bets where a system or pricing error has occurred.

6.2 Void Bets and Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled, abandoned, or cannot be completed according to the applicable competition rules, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance. For partially completed events, settlement rules specific to each sport will apply as detailed in the platform's sport-specific betting rules.

6.3 Integrity and Prohibited Conduct

Placing bets based on inside knowledge, match-fixing, or any form of corrupt information is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant sporting authorities. 700bet cooperates fully with integrity bodies and law enforcement agencies on any investigation into suspicious betting patterns.

6.4 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino and slot games on 700bet use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing bodies. The rules for each individual game are displayed within the game interface. 700bet is not responsible for any misunderstanding of game rules by the player. Malfunctions during a game session void all related plays and wagers for that round.
